Topps FC Barcelona: The Lamine Yamal Club Cards (#16 and the Autographs)

The 2024-25 Topps FC Barcelona 125 Years Anniversary set carries Lamine Yamal at base #16 plus certified autographs — 125 Legacy Autographs, the MF-LY positional auto, and LRLY Legacy Autograph Relics. How club cards differ from his league, UEFA and Spain cards, and live eBay listings.

Here to buy rather than read? Topps FC Barcelona 125 Years Anniversary cards trade on eBay, not Amazon. Jump straight to live listings — and check sold listings for what they actually go for before you pay.

Topps holds the FC Barcelona club license, which makes its Barcelona-branded releases the home of Lamine Yamal’s club cards — base, coloured parallels, and certified autographs.

The set to anchor on: 2024-25 Topps FC Barcelona 125 Years Anniversary

Topps’ Barcelona programme centres on the 2024-25 Topps FC Barcelona 125 Years Anniversary release, marking the club’s 125th year. In it:

  • Lamine Yamal base #16 — his club-licensed base card.
  • 125 Legacy Autographs — certified Yamal signatures in the set’s flagship autograph subset.
  • MF-LY — his positional autograph.
  • LRLY — his Legacy Autograph Relics, an autograph-plus-relic card.

Topps followed it with 2025-26 Topps Forever FC Barcelona, the next club-programme release.

One caution worth stating plainly: a 2023-24-branded Topps Barcelona team set is not confirmed to exist. If a listing offers you a “2023-24 Topps FC Barcelona” Yamal card, read the set name on the back before you pay — his 2023-24 Topps cards come from the UEFA Club Competitions programme, not a Barcelona club set.

Club, league, continental, country: the Lamine Yamal card families

This is the one thing that trips up new Yamal buyers, and it costs people money. Yamal appears in several kinds of set, each issued under a different licence, and two listings that both say “Lamine Yamal 2024” can be completely different cards:

  • Club-licensedTopps FC Barcelona. Issued under the club’s licence: Barça kit, Barça crest, Barcelona set name on the back. This page’s set family.
  • League-licensed — Panini’s LaLiga programmes: Megacracks LaLiga, Select La Liga, and Pitch Kings LaLiga. Issued under the competition’s licence, which is why more than one manufacturer can print Yamal in the same season without conflict. The full Panini map is in Panini Lamine Yamal cards.
  • ContinentalTopps Chrome UEFA Club Competitions, under UEFA’s club-competitions licence. His biggest-stage cards, and the premier chrome-rookie chase.
  • National team, EuropeTopps holds the UEFA national-team competitions including the Euros through Euro 2028, so his 2024 UEFA Euro cards are Topps, not Panini.
  • National team, worldPanini holds FIFA through 2030, so his World Cup cards are Panini.

None of these is “the real one.” They are parallel catalogues of the same player, and the market prices them separately. The full year-by-year map is on our complete list of every Lamine Yamal card.

How to read a Topps FC Barcelona card

Everything you need to identify a card is printed on the card itself. Before you bid, check three things:

  1. The set name and year, on the back. This is the only reliable way to confirm which programme a card came from. A photo of the front alone often can’t separate a club release from a league release — ask a seller for the back if it isn’t shown.
  2. The card number. Usually a plain number, sometimes with a set prefix — his base card here is #16, and the autographs carry prefixed codes like MF-LY and LRLY. It’s the card’s slot in the checklist, nothing more — it says nothing about rarity, and two cards sharing a number across different sets are unrelated.
  3. The serial stamp, if there is one. A fraction like 25/99 means copy 25 of 99 printed. That stamp is the print run — you don’t need a database to know how scarce the card is, it’s on the card. No stamp means unnumbered, which is normal for base cards and for many coloured parallels.

The parallel ladder in a club set

Club programs are built the way every modern set is — a base card at the bottom, and a ladder of increasingly scarce versions above it:

  • Base and inserts. The entry point — Yamal’s club base cards and themed inserts. Affordable raw, and a clean base copy is a fine grading candidate if the centering cooperates.
  • Unnumbered coloured / foil parallels. The first step up: same photo, different finish or border colour. Scarcer than base, but with no stamp there’s no fixed print run to point at.
  • Serial-numbered parallels. The real scarcity tiers, and the stamps are the ladder — lower number, higher ceiling. Check recent solds before you chase one; a small print run only commands a premium when demand meets it.
  • Autographs. The blue-chip target, and in this programme they verifiably exist: the 125 Legacy Autographs, the MF-LY positional auto, and the LRLY Legacy Autograph Relics. Buy these graded or authenticated; autos are where fakes concentrate.
  • One-of-ones. Printing plates and the top finite parallels. A single copy exists — when a Yamal 1/1 surfaces it’s an event, not a purchase you plan for.

Our collecting guide covers the same ladder across every Yamal set family, plus how to spot a doctored card before you commit real money.

Lamine Yamal autographs in the Barcelona programme

Worth stating without hedging, because the hobby press gets it wrong in both directions: both Topps and Panini produce certified Lamine Yamal autographs, and there is no exclusive card-autograph deal. On the Topps club side the verified cards are the 125 Legacy Autographs, MF-LY, and LRLY. On the Topps UEFA side, Chrome UCC #CA-LY (Gold /50, Blue /150, Superfractor 1/1). On the Panini side, Select La Liga Signatures #S-LMY and the 2025-26 Donruss Road to FIFA World Cup 2026 “Beautiful Game Autographs” #1, among others.

A separate thing that gets conflated with all of this: in October 2025 it was reported that Yamal signed an exclusive signed-memorabilia deal covering shirts and boots. That is memorabilia, not trading cards, and it has no bearing on which manufacturers print his certified card autographs.

The complete cross-brand autograph map is in Lamine Yamal autographs & top cards.

Condition and grading on club cards

Club sets tend to be paper-stock base cards with foil or chrome parallels above them, and the two behave very differently in a grading submission. Paper forgives handling but shows corner softness and print snow. Foil and chrome photograph beautifully and chip along the edges — a parallel that looks flawless in a listing photo can come back a 9 on edges alone.

Centering is usually the decider either way. Measure it yourself with our free Card Centering Tool before you pay for a submission, then check the economics with the Grading ROI Calculator — the grade premium has to clear the fee, and on mid-tier club cards it often doesn’t.

Buying safely

For anything at a serious price, buy the slab, not the story. A PSA or SGC holder authenticates the card and locks in its condition, and every slab carries a certification number you can look up on the grader’s own site — match the cert’s photo and description to the listing before you pay. For raw cards, ask for a back photo and a straight-on scan, and treat a price well under the sold record as a warning rather than a bargain. See where to buy Lamine Yamal cards safely for the full playbook — eBay’s Money Back Guarantee and direct cert-lookup links for PSA, SGC, and BGS.

Sources. Set names, card numbers and autograph codes on this page were verified on 20 August 2026. The 2024-25 Topps FC Barcelona 125 Years Anniversary release and its autograph subsets are documented in Beckett’s set announcement, with the LRLY Legacy Autograph Relic catalogued individually here. The follow-up club release is confirmed by Beckett’s 2025-26 Topps Forever FC Barcelona checklist. Topps’ UEFA licence — covering the club competitions and the national-team competitions including the Euros through Euro 2028 — is confirmed by Ministry of Sport; Panini’s FIFA rights running through 2030 before moving to Fanatics are reported by ESPN. Panini’s competing certified Yamal autograph, Select La Liga Signatures #S-LMY, is why no exclusivity claim is made in either direction. Frequently Asked Questions

Does Topps FC Barcelona include Lamine Yamal?
Yes. The 2024-25 Topps FC Barcelona 125 Years Anniversary set carries him at base #16, and it is also where his certified club-licensed autographs live — the 125 Legacy Autographs, the positional autograph MF-LY, and the Legacy Autograph Relics LRLY. Topps followed it with 2025-26 Topps Forever FC Barcelona. Anchor on the 125th Anniversary release: a 2023-24-branded Topps Barcelona team set is not confirmed to exist, so treat listings claiming one with caution.
What is Lamine Yamal's card number in Topps FC Barcelona?
His base card in the 2024-25 Topps FC Barcelona 125 Years Anniversary set is #16. Remember that a card number is only the card's slot in that specific checklist — it is not a rarity signal, and #16 in any other set is an unrelated card.
What's the difference between a Lamine Yamal Barcelona card and a La Liga or Champions League card?
It comes down to which licence the set was issued under, and that is printed on the card. A club-branded set like Topps FC Barcelona is licensed by the club — Barcelona kit, Barcelona crest, Barcelona set name. A league set such as Panini's Megacracks, Select La Liga or Pitch Kings is issued under LaLiga's licence. A Champions League set like Topps Chrome UEFA Club Competitions is issued under UEFA's club-competitions licence, and Topps holds the UEFA national-team competitions too — so his Euro cards are Topps, while his FIFA World Cup cards are Panini. Same player, several set families — check the set name and logos on the back before you assume two listings are the same card.
How do I tell if a Yamal Barcelona card is a numbered parallel?
Look for a serial stamp on the card — a fraction like 25/99 means this is copy 25 of a 99-copy print run. That stamp is the print run; there is nothing to look up. An unnumbered coloured or foil card is still a parallel, just one that wasn't serial-numbered. The card number is a different thing entirely: it is the card's slot in the checklist, not a measure of its scarcity.
Are Lamine Yamal Barcelona cards worth grading?
It depends on the card and the copy, not the player. Grading costs the same whether a card is worth a little or a lot, so the grade premium has to cover the fee — run it through our free Grading ROI Calculator first. Centering is usually the decider: measure it before you send anything in, and remember that foil and chrome-stock parallels show edge chipping far more harshly than paper base cards.
Where can I see what Lamine Yamal Barcelona cards actually sell for?
Live listings, not estimates. Use the eBay searches on this page, then switch eBay's filter to Sold to see completed sales for the same card in the same grade. We never publish price estimates for individual cards — the sold record is the only honest answer, and it moves week to week.
